Everything we serve at our cafe is made in-house, using real ingredients and methods taught to us by our parents and grandparents. Nothing is removed from a freezer and reheated or pre-made in a factory. That means every plate takes a little more time and care. It also means we may occasionally sell out. But we we won't compromise.
