We prepare every dish in our kitchen — no shortcuts, no pre-made mixes, no freezer to oven. This means your meal may take a little longer to reach your table, and some items sell out.
Specials are often based on what's in season and locally-sourced when possible.
We make everything in-house. We don't even own a freezer.
